Terms of Service
1. Grant of a Limited License
By accepting these Terms of Service, you get a license to use Amber Pilot's services. You're agreeing not to: (a) use the services for anything outside of planning and directing your own creative projects; (b) try to reverse-engineer, copy, or duplicate any of our frameworks, materials, or methods without asking first; (c) sell, share, or offer the services or our frameworks to anyone else for money; (d) mess with or interrupt service delivery for yourself or other clients; (e) use the services in a way that breaks the law.
2. Eligibility
You're confirming you have the legal capacity to agree to this in your area, or you're a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor.
3. Ownership
Everything we create stays ours. That includes frameworks, materials, guidance notes, strategic templates, artwork, recordings, and any written content tied to Amber Pilot's services.
4. User Accounts
We can suspend, change, or shut off your access whenever we want, for any reason, no warning needed.
5. Indemnity
We're not responsible for anything that goes wrong when you use the services. Lost projects, unfinished work, missed deadlines, damage to your business—that's on you. Same goes for connection issues, technical glitches, bugs, or service quality problems. If something breaks, that's not our liability. You agree to cover us for any losses, claims, damages, or costs that come from how you use the services.
6. Termination
We can end this agreement whenever we decide, for any reason, without telling you first.
7. Changes to this Agreement or the Services
We can change these terms or what we offer at any time without asking.
